I am a self-motivated, hands-on person, with a broad technical literacy and experience based competence. These give me the ability and flexibility to perform in working environments. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a Master's Degree in Energetic Engineering and PhD in intelligent maintenance system. I have a proven track record in managing large maintenance teams across construction and operational maintenance platforms. Most of my working experience has been gained in an international environment, working in and outside of Romania.”
